THE
OBJECTIVES OF SADHBHAWANA SAMITI MAY BE
Giriraj
(a)
To work for the unity amongst the residents and try to solve the
future problems of the residents.
(b)
To
foster a spirit of mutual help and goodwill among the inhabitants of the colony
in general, and the members of the Association in particular, thereby,
promoting communal harmony and national integration.
(c)
To
make all possible efforts to achieve general
amenities, environmental
protection such as steps to
curb pollution, ensure cleanliness, plantation of trees, and interaction with
authorities on any environmental aspects and for this purpose, represent the
interest of the residents before appropriate authorities.
(d)
To
undertake all such other lawful acts, deeds or things including Sports and
Cultural activities as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of any or
all of the above objects including the general Welfare of the residents and
their families.
(e)
To nurture and promote mutual respect, cooperation, harmonious
living and maintenance of high values.
(f)
To maintain all common services like Security Services, water
pumping sets, roads, parks, gardens, relevant storm water drains and sewers,
street lights arrange and other properties, and to ensure sanitation, garbage
disposal and sweeping of common stair cases, galleries, paths, roads and drains
etc.
(g)
To address the common and
genuine grievances of the residents of the Samiti and redress the same to
Government, Quasi Government, Judicial, Statutory and other bodies, including
local bodies and organizations.
(h)
To undertake
activities/projects to strengthen cultural bonds amongst the residents and
their families and to act as a forum of residents and to provide facilities for
sports, culture and other social welfare activities with the co-operation of
the members of the Samiti.
(i)
To settle differences, if any, amicably among the residents in
matters affecting their common welfare and well being.

2. To act as a Network
Organization to collect, maintain and provide resources, information and
support present Rwa Samiti of cc block .
3. To improve the
working of Samiti in matters relating to institutional capacity building,
policy making, management, administration, project implementation and similar
endeavors, to help them to develop and maintain best ethical standards to earn
public respect.
4. To raise
consciousness of the need to use one’s talents and resources to serve the
people with love and compassion for achieving the lasting justice and peace.
5. To provide support
to train the trainers and teach the concepts of good character, moral behavior,
responsibilities of freedom, fellowship, leadership, human values, general
awareness, dissemination of useful knowledge, integrated development, professional
knowledge, social welfare, child welfare, family counseling, adult education
and other socially relevant subjects.
6. To maintain law and
order in civil level so that security of
senior citizen , children and women to be assured .
7. To maintain good
hygiene conditions inside the premise .
8. To make management
study, recommend measures on management standards and accountability practices,
manpower finance for capacity building of organization and its staff.
9. Publish books and
booklets to help the organizations to enhance and maintain high management
standards.
10. To engage in such
other acts and activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or
conducive to the attainment of any of the above said objects of the Samiti.

To promote and propagate the spirit of brotherhood among the
members and public and to ensure and strengthen the democratic values and
principles among the people and the democratic institutions
II.
To organize and strengthen the resident welfare societies,
associations, group housing societies and any other societies in the similar fields
and to ensure that those societies works in democratic manners and in the
interests of the people and its members.
III.
To create awareness programmes about the legal and consumer rights
of the people in general and its members in particulars and initiate/file
appropriate legal proceedings for the enforcements of those rights.
IV.
To communicate with the central and state governments, local and
public authorities, etc. on various issues related to the development, welfare
and public interest on different subjects and take active part in all possible
campaigns, schemes and programmes of the local, state and central government for
the development and benefit/welfare of the people.
V.
To establish, administer and maintain institutions, libraries and
information systems and to provide services to facilitate the study of the
interaction of science, technology and Samiti.
VI.
To institute and award fellowships, scholarships, awards, medals,
prizes, titles, etc. for furtherance of the objectives of the Samiti and organize
meetings, conference, seminars, exhibitions etc.
VII.
To aid or establish any institution or adopt means for imparting,
promotion of any art, science, culture or any other field, promoting quality
education, propagating removal of social evils, customs or render or promote
Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to overcome any of these evils, particularly for the
poor and weaker sections of the Samiti.
VIII.
To create databases of medical sector, arrange and make efforts
towards providing such medical-aid/ medical camps and other assistance
necessary for the living of needy persons who are otherwise incapable or
handicapped or mentally or physically challenged and to financially uplift
persons belonging to poor classes.
IX.
To arrange tours or provide conveyance to any person or persons,
to and fro, to any place(s) of historical/ importance or universally acclaimed
religious place of any religion or places which may enlighten and defuse
knowledge and/or for the avoidance or reduction or removal of the mental
depression, and may encourage and boost the spiritual instinct for a better and
happier life and may lead to peace and communal harmony.
X.
To render help, facilitate, encourage and promote celebrations of
international, national or regional festivals and Jayanties pertaining to
social, cultural, and historical dimensions or scientific events and such other
specific days, weeks and months as are conducive to the fulfillment of objectives
the Samiti.
XI.
To render social, cultural, moral and financial assistance, etc.
for the betterment of life of any unmarried girl or boy, widow or widower, aged
persons etc. from time to time and to undertake issues related to gender,
labour, farmers, environment, forest, empowerment, legal, global climate
change, etc.
XII.
To constitute or facilitate constitution of regional centres in
the areas of science, technology, education, medicine, commerce, economics,
engineering, industrial, vocational, management, social , cultural, etc. at
convenient places to promote and propagate the objectives of the Samiti.
XIII.
To issue appeals and
applications and raise funds and accept gifts, donations and subscriptions in
cash, kind and/or any property moveable or immovable in furtherance of the
objectives of the Samiti.
XIV.
To invest and deal with funds and money of the Samiti in pursuance
of the current/enforced by-laws, i.e. Memorandum of Association and Rules and
Regulations of the Samiti.
XV.
To acquire, purchase or otherwise own or take on loan or lease or
hire, temporarily or permanently, any moveable or immovable property, necessary
or convenient for the furtherance of the objectives of the Samiti.
XVI.
To undertake specific programmes for popularization and diffusion
of science and technologies for the rural areas and to promote/disseminate
healthy messages to Samiti through education on Indian constitution, consumer
rights and legal advice, legal awareness, legal aid, RTI Act, computer
literacy, promoting science writings , science communication, science
education, scientific temper, etc.
XVII.
To undertake and provide
support for the publication of journals, research papers and books, development
of audio-visual programmes, documentaries and TV films and distance education to
disseminate knowledge pertaining to the objectives of the Samiti.
XVIII.
To sell, mortgage, lease, exchange or otherwise transfer or
dispose of all or part of property, movable or immovable of the Samiti for the
furtherance of the objectives of the Samiti.
XIX.
To construct, maintain, alter, improve or develop any building or
property, movable or immovable or works necessary or convenient for the purpose
of the Samiti.
XX.
To undertake activities in co-ordination with the interested and
field active NGOs, civil society organizations, government institutions or
functionaries and accept the management of any endowment or trust funds or
donations, etc.
XXI.
To arrange, establish, maintain and manage centres of adult
education, vocational education and technical training and education, etc.
XXII.
To create necessary jobs/works and appoint or engage persons for
various works of the Samiti or to be undertaken by the Samiti.
XXIII.
To do all such acts or things which are ancillary or incidental or
necessary or conducive to the achievement of objectives of the Samiti.
"All the incomes,
earnings, moveable or immovable properties of the Samiti shall be solely utilized
and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objectives only as set forth
in the Memorandum of Association and no portion thereof shall be paid or
transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in
any other manner whatsoever, to the present or past members of the Samiti or to
any person claiming through any one or more of the present or the past members.
No member of the Samiti shall have any personal claim on any moveable or
immovable properties of the Samiti or make any profit, whatsoever by virtue of his/her
membership".
